Medieval festival IN PEYREPERTUSE

The falconry shows also take place during the medieval festival

The Falconer Patrice Potier and his assistants feature birds of prey, raptors and owls as the

white tailed eagle and the peregrine falcon and much more, flying free. Don't miss their great

and professional show.

The show takes place inside of the castle.

The prices including the visit of the castle and the falconry show are

10€ for adults et 5€ for children (from 6 to 12 years)

Hours of the shows: 11:30 am, 2:30 pm et 4:30 pm

Please make sure you'll be at the ticket office at least half an hour before the beginning of the show

  •  Entracte – « Les Al’Varez »  Here they are !!! Come and see the comedians, musicians, and the magicians!!

  • Craft-mans shows In their stand or camp, blacksmith, copper smith, shoemaker, weaver, will make you discover their know how and their art.

  • Dramatized guided tour « L’Esprit des Pierres »

    At the entrance of the castle the spirit of stones takes you by the hand and goes back into the past. With humour he’s going back and forth through the ages visiting the memory of the stones, the trees and the men of this country. With songs and stories it talks about the ancients and the old walls which have so many things to share with you. 

  • In the camp Shows and demonstrations about medieval kitchen, weavers, leather works and calligraphy

  • Knights battles Patrol of the armed knights, archery, fights and duels with various combatants.

  • Dog trainer – « Tournoi des chaëls » A real animal theater with five knightly dogs, representing each one of them a very distinct character. The result is impressing

  • Au contoir du conte Stories from Yesterday and today. The passionate storytellers make you discover and rediscover stories to laugh and to dream.  

  • « L’Artilleur du Roi » : Giant wooden games for young and old Remarkable playful medieval activities

  •  « Les Ailes de l’Urga »

    A unique falconry show with Patrice Potier, the talented falconer, who shows the prowess of his birds of prey such as eagles, falcons, owls and more. His comments teach you about each one of the species of birds and the protection of environment. 

  • Entracte – Ouroboros

    A wandering performance on stilts with colorful makeup representing esoteric sciences of the middle age with all their doubts, fears and dreams.

  • Face painting for children

    Magical and medieval painting, for princesses and knights… Every child will keep a memorable souvenir from this event.
